As the Treasurer, you will have to ensure the availability of adequate liquidity in order to meet the organization’s short and long term financing requirements and support its strategic growth. You will have to assist in ensuring effective management of cash-flow, assets-liabilities matching and foreign exchange exposure with a view to maximizing returns on the organization’s short to medium term investments, to earn additional interest income, consistent with the organization’s risk-reward principles and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and management requirements.
The suitable candidate must have a degree in Accounting and a formal professional qualification such as CPA / CA / CFM / CFA would be preferable. You must have 4 – 5 years related experience, with 1- 2 years in a similar position preferably in Real Estate
FINANCE – Business Development Manager – Qatar An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate working for a prestigious leading insurance and financial services company here in Qatar. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role is integral to attracting new business and maintaining exceptional levels of service with existing clients. A demonstrated ability to forge mutually beneficial working relationships with brokers, agents and other contacts as required is essential.
To be successful in this role you will be degree educated with 3 – 5 years proven sales / marketing experience within the Banking/Financial services/Insurance industry. You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for prioritizing your work and meeting set targets and deadlines. Your sound interpersonal skills will be evident in a ability to communicate in English with Arabic speaking skills considered advantageous. It is expected that you will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
FINANCE – Corporate Finance Control Manager – Luxury Real Estate
Our Client, one of the leading real estate companies within the Middle East region is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Corporate Finance Control Manager. Our Client caters to all income segments to satisfy the growing demands of Qatar’s economy and its growing local and expatriate population.
The primary role of the Corporate Finance Control Manager will be to ensure accurate, timely and appropriate documentation and reporting of consolidated corporate financials (overall & project wise), budgeting activities and management reporting. In addition to this, you will have to ensure that the Corporate Financial Control Team is in compliance with regulatory guidelines, international financial and accounting reporting standards and management requirements.
The successful candidate should possess a university qualification in accounting and a formal professional qualification such as CPA / CA / CFM / CFA / CMA is preferable. Possessing at least 7-8 years experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position, you will also need to be a natural team player, with a good command of written and spoken English is essential.
FINANCE-Native English speakers required
