Description:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Software Developer with minimum 3 years of experience in Software Engineering. Responsibilities include module/code design and implementation and module unit testing. The ability to create functional and technical design specifications for development efforts is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

o        Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Comp. Engineering or Information Systems

o        Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

o        Must be flexible to work independently or as part of a team

o        Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

o        Must be familiar with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle

o        Excellent communication skills

o        Excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills

o        Clean coding style

o        The candidate must possess strong programming skills, with extensive experience in the following technologies in the last 3 years:

o        Object Oriented Programming

o        VC++ or C#

o        .NET or MFC/ATL

o        Remoting technologies such as .NET Remoting or COM+

o        Knowledge of UML, WIN32 API, Web programming, Crystal Reports, RDBMS, XML/XSL will be a definitive advantage

o        Industry certifications such as MCSD will be considered a plus
