IT Business Analyst

Interviewing customers and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
Involved in analyzing business process and information requirements
Documenting, defining and reviewing detailed business processes for data/process mapping
Conduct and document gap analysis
2 to 5 years working experience in IT field with experience in gathering user requirements, analysis and design
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Experience working as Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering and Technical Analysis background
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and be able to effectively communicate
Strong presentation skills

Job Description
Oracle DBA and SQL DBA (Database Administration)

Position 1: Senior/ Oracle DBA
Support the IT implementation teams to ensure high availability of the databases.
Administer and support Oracle 9i and 10g and SQL databases.
Perform Oracle installations.
Perform monitoring and tuning and capacity planning.
Perform database recovery.

Requirements:
Candidates need to have a Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognize education institution.
Incumbents must have at least 3-4 years experience in implementation and operational experience with Oracle 9i / 10g on Unix and Windows platform.
He/she need to be familiar with Oracle running on High Availability (HA) like Veritas Cluster.
Candidates with experiences supporting production databases is essential and must be able to work on 24×7 environment.
Incumbents with OCP 9i or 10g is preferred.

Position 2: SQL DBA
SQL DBA for 15 databases
DB Account creation, modification, deletion
DB Monitoring, troubleshooting, Remediation
SQL Server Installation and Configuration
Installation of SQL Server in Clustered environment
SQL(Monitoring Resource consumption)
Understanding database design and object creation.
Test and Prod Migrations
User Requested Performance Tuning
MV Log Check, Alert Log Check
Running DB Scripts to perform various DB Cleaning and Monitoring Operations
Database refresh
Demonstrated proficiency in all techniques of database schema creation and maintenance.
Creation and Maintenance of Objects
Scripting ( SQL Database)

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer science or equivalent qualification / University Degree
With above 4 years relevant hands on experience in SQL Server Database administration
SQL Server skills principally in the areas – 2000 and 2005
