Siebel SIngapore need Financial Services Manager
Our client is a global consulting organization that has selected the latest release of Siebel Financial Services, Siebel Marketing and Segmentation, Siebel Call Center, Siebel Data Quality, and Siebel CTI to replace their legacy systems.
They are in the early stages of implementing this solution and need to draw upon your expertise and experience so that they implement a solution that “hits the mark” for what their systems need to provide for their multinational banking client in Asia Pacific.
I am currently looking for Siebel CRM Manager with skills in Siebel Financial Services and involved in functional requirement phase of an End to End implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
? Understand & define the key business drivers/objectives at organization as well individual department level that is part of the CRM implementation
? Initial planning and scoping exercise for each of the department that would use the Siebel CRM application (Avoiding Scope Creep)
? Understand and define the reporting & analysis requirements at both department and organization as a whole, to address desired objectives and achieve the business drivers
? Conduct detail Business Process Re-Engineering exercise to understand the end to end Business Development (Sales), Customer Service and Marketing processes in the client organization
? Analyze and understand the existing legacy applications (Support and challenges) used by QFC to support their current Business Development and Customer Service operations/activities
? Conduct focused group workshops to discuss the challenges with the existing processes, applications and arrive at the key gaps/problem areas
? Conduct trainings for all the key business users to use the Siebel CRM application as per the processes and policies defined for each department
? Manage the entire data migration process from existing legacy systems to the new Siebel CRM including data analysis, data mapping to new system, transforming the data into the desired format, and ensuring the required data access control in the Siebel CRM is accomplished.
? Drive meetings between cross functional teams for understand the handoffs/assignments and status updates between different user groups.
? Ongoing strategy & process consulting resolving the strategic challenges & issues sited by the team in the smooth operations
