Assistant Relationship Manager (Retail Banking)
Responsible for identifying customers’ financial needs, providing professional advice on financial planning and assisting customers in execution of their plans, performing periodic reviews with customers as well as developing new customers and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements:

Degree holder with 3 years’ experience in investment and insurance products
Pass in IIQE & HKSI Examinations
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua
Sales and customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Possession of CFPCM qualification a definite advantage
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Relationship Officer)

Commercial Banking

Assistant Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)
Responsible for providing a total financial solution to SMEs, exploring new business opportunities by marketing our Bank’s services and products to potential customers, maintaining and enhancing long-term customer relationships with SMEs.

Requirements:

Degree holder with 3 years’ credit and marketing experience in commercial banking
Familiar with current market environment in various industries
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
Sales and customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Relationship Officer)

Bank Operations

Teller
Responsible for providing counter services and cross-selling banking products in branches.

Requirements:

F.7 or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including English Language
and Mathematics ?
Good communication skills, fluent Putonghua an added advantage
PC knowledge, including MS Word and Excel, Chinese word processing

Information Technology

Programmer
Responsible for systems design, software development, programming and testing.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with 1-2 years’ relevant experience preferred
Experience in Java, Web technology, AIX, DB2/Oracle ?
Knowledge in COBOL/CICS and MQ an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to work independently and under pressure
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Programmer Trainee)

Computer Operator (Western District)
Responsible for the operation support in Data Centre, including batch processing, system monitoring, report distribution, data restoration and backup.

Requirements:

Overnight shift duty required
At least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including Chinese and English Language
Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
