FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN THE EASTERN PROVINCE, K.SA

SALES SUPERVISOR

• Degree or equivalent in Business studies, business administration

• Minimum 5 years experience supervising sales and logistics

• Leading and supervising 4-7 sales employees

• Time management skills

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in English, Arabic speaking ability is preferred

• Reporting to sales and marketing manager

• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in compilation of Sales Performance reports

• Daily Coordination mainly in job status and completion for delivery between sales and production

• Handles job status enquires by sales & Customers

• Communication between sales and accounts on payment collection status

SALES COORDINATOR

• Degree or equivalent in Business studies, business administration

• Minimum 5 years experience in export logistics

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in English, Arabic speaking ability is preferred

• Knowledge of export shipping essential, ideally with established contact in export shipping business

• Experience and full understanding of export documentation and document flow

• Understanding of payment systems – Letter of Credit etc.
• Ability to work as a part of a team
