How to cancel UAE visa from kerala or India itself?
I wish to introduce myself as binoj. One private company from dubai called me for a job with visit visa. Later on, i got employment visa. But after getting employment visa, i handedover them a pathaka and came to india due to some personal problems. After that, i unable to go back to dubai. I came from dubai to india 12 months(2009 end) ago. My previous employer didnt cancelled my visa.
In future, shall i able to go for job in dubai or is there any problem. Or my future employer can able to cancel my previous employer’s visa. For working at dubai in future, what can i do? I have to cancel my UAE visa? If yes, please suggest the procedure.

Only your former employer is able to cancel your visa at the issueing authority (DNRD).
I bet your employer filed an absconding case because that way your visa can get cancelled without the original passport. In this case you are blacklisted as long as this absconding file exist.
Contact your former employer to find an amicable solution.
IF (big IF) you employer didn’t file an absconding case, your visa became invalid in the mean time but isn’t cancelled. In this case you have to send your passport to your employer with a cancellation request. Upon cancellation date you will receive a 6 or 12 months work ban. In this case you can take employment at any FZ only.

Weird..not sure whether ur birth chart has anything.. But i assume once ur visa is over the dubai official will make sure u r back to ur home country.
