Well now days company wants to hire people at low cost what ever the experience they might have !!! So I would say see your self and you will know the best salary that suits u !!! As my personal experience is that people with 5 year of experience know nothing and are sitting on the top and getting high salary but the most deserving person stays behind …!!!

Donna asks…

is it gud time fr job search in dubai as i have 8yrs exp in hr?plz advice?

plz advice best recruitmetn cnsultanices and any references. am expecting 8-10k aed. Please help me. I got offfer frm telecom company as Am hr with 55ooAed but my visa is getting delayed they are saying quota has to be released. i got offer 15 days back. incase if i dnt like that job can i shift in three month (probatin period) .plz advice .

admin answers:

I answered you yesterday already that you won’t be able to take any new employment after 3 months. Regarding your own provided information you are an “HR manager in hyd have got 8yrs expin end to end hr”. Why do you want to give up this position to work in the UAE as an HR assistent anyway?

Without any offence, a better english might be worth a higher salary.
