Project Manager Job

1. Plan, directs and coordinate activities of the entire project to ensure that objectives are accopmlished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

2.Established work plan and allocation of resources with Section Head within the project to ensure project progresses sechedule and within prescribed budget,

3.Process contract drawings and specifications and ensure that the project is built in accordance to the drawing,

4.Provides regular update to the Project Director,

5.Coordinationg with Procurement departement on the purchase and delivery of materials that will meet the specification and within the budget,

6.Ensure timely billings as per the contract payment schedule.

7.Ensure Project quality system are properly and efficiently satisfies the rquirements of the contract,

8.Ensure the welfare and motivation of every team member of the project while recognizing competent subordinates worthy for rewards or promotion,

9.Coodinate, manage and communicate with all sub-contractors and effectively deal with problems such as delivery, labor, schedule and payment disputes.
