Working with the Private Bank Client Support and Wealth Human Resources teams you will be responsible for the project management and all aspects of the delivery of learning and development for the Private Bank business. As a strong advocate of learning and development you will be responsible for building the Private Bank L&D strategy, researching the learning and development needs and prioritising and co-ordinating the L&D programs to deliver these across Private Bank.
The role will see you enjoying a strong influencing position with senior leaders, ensuring programs and approaches are developed with business acceptance, ownership and credibility. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of cost effective, competitive learning strategies and programmes which support the Bank’s business objectives.
Qualifications
A professional with and HR, Learning & Development or Private Banking background, your experience will include development of learning frameworks and influencing strategically driven business outcomes ideally within a large financial services institutional or large corporation. Coupled with your outstanding communication and negotiation skills, strong project management skills, with a proven track record of meeting milestones and your ability to engage with all levels of the business will ensure you succeed in this role.
