Job responsibilities:

1.       Timely Installation/Receipt of Materials at Site / Scheduling at Site / Clean Installation / Setup Software

2.       Commissioning of Site – Customer Training / Commissioning Report / Handover Report / Final Materials Tally / Software Customization etc.

3.       Repair/qualify RMA request for faulty materials

4.       Maintenance & Repairs

5.       Security & Safety of Materials & Personnel at Site

6.       Manage Technicians & Engineers to Deliver Projects on Time & Budget

7.       Documentation – Site Visit Report / Site Surveys / Incident Report etc.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge & experience in CCTV, Access Control Systems and Alarm Systems

·         5+ years of work experience in low voltage systems

·         Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic

·         Excellent communication &  Interpersonal skills

·         Thorough understanding of client expectations

·         Willingness to work as part of a team and independently

·         Valid UAE driving license

·         Professionalism and courtesy

·         Ability to understand customer requirements and offer a cost-effective solution to the service needs
