Duties & Responsibilities

1.        Preparation of planning package for tenders and projects.

2.        Develop progress measurement system for projects.

3.        Monitoring/update of project planning/ progress measurement, preparation of regular reports for internal purposes and for clients.

4.        Preparation and updating of cash flow statements for various projects.

5.        Preparation of measurement sheets and regular invoices.

6.        Scrutinize project purchases.

7.        Plan resource requirements, monitor manpower deployment schedules and assist in         forecast.

8.        Provide guidance in the identification, development and implementation of opportunities for project cost savings

9.        Identify and develop cost control methods.

10.     Coordinate with project manager/ lead engineer and site manager to ensure timely completion of projects.

11.     Play a lead role in working with the Project Management team in generating weekly and ad-hoc status reports

12.     Identify, create, and implement systems and procedures to enhance and streamline the planning activities.
