ACCOUNT OFFICER – CORPORATE BANKING
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Responsible for establishing direct relationships with identified clients and to manage and maintain a good quality portfolio. 2) Ensures portfolio’s full compliance with audit requirements. 3) Coordiantes with various units of the bank to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Graduate of a four year college course. 2) With at least one year experience in bank relationship management, credit, structured loans, project finance.
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBLITIES: 1) Processes varied transactions affecting relevant ledger for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles 2) Reviews source documents for accuracy, material alterations, discrepancies, and compliance with corporate policies 3) Prepares accounting entries and posts transactions into the system. 4) Prepares regulatory management reports. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Graduate of accounting course. 2) Preferably with accounting or bookkeeping experience.
AUDITOR
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Paricipates in audit activities to ensure that operations are in compliance with internal control standards, policies and regulatory requirements. 2) Identifies problem areas that require timely consideration by Management in areas being audited. 3) Prepares audit reports and results of examination for branches and units that been audited. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Graduate of Accounting or any business course. 2) Preferably a licensed CPA. 3) With at least one year experience in audit/financial control, operations risk management experience.
CI APPRAISER
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Responsible for appraisal of real properties offered as collateral and conducting of credit investigation of borrowers. 2) Conducts physical inspection of and establishes value of properties (real estate and chattel offered as collateral by clients. 3) Prepares credit investigation & appraisal reports. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of a business course With at least 4 years experience in credit investigation and appraisal.
FIELD SALES OFFICER (METRO MANILA)
Willing to be assigned to any of the following: Annapolis, Malinta, Kalookan, Chinatown, Malinta, Quezon City, Makati, Marikina. Responsible for generating CASA deposits for the bank and cross – selling other products and services of the bank. Acquires new accounts, maintains and deepens existing relationships and cross-sells other AUB products and services. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any four year course. With background in sales, an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the development and maintenance of systems assigned to him and ensures its smooth implementation consistent with the standards and within its timetable and costs. Formulates system design, implementation and post implementation strategies related to the application. Undertakes system process/workflow and data analysis to determine and organize the efficient information generation process required by the application. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics and Communications Engineering. With at least two years experience in software design, programming and database administration.
