Head, Group Financing Department Job – ADNOC

Position Responsibilities:

Formulates, implements and administers financing strategy for the Group; maintains a view of capital structure and financing costs for working capital and long-term investments across the Group; establishes and maintains good working relations with key external parties relevant to Group Treasury, such as financial institutions and government entities; directs the preparation of Management Information and Analysis reports to support Upper Management with respect to Financing, Liquidity and Enterprise Risk Management Issues involving the Group; performs the economic evaluation and cash flow modeling for major capital expenditures in the Group.

A reputable Contracting company, who is working on major infrastructure projects in the UAE, is currently looking for a Principal Engineer for pipelines and sewerage systems. The role involves being responsible for the pipeline engineering activities, checking the consultants design, producing method statements and production techniques in pipe installations works. You will be reporting to the Chief Engineer. This is predominantly an office based role and will require some site visits.
