Education & Certification:

Skills :

• Should be conversant with INCO TERMS, import
control issues, booking and expediting of orders

• Should be able to work independently with minimum

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience executing Sales
Orders

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and controlling Incoming Sales Orders

- Managing logistic activities in terms of handling

Skills :

• Must have Basic Networking Skills including

• Well Conversant with troubleshooting skills on
PC, Laptop and Printers
• Working knowledge of current communication
devices and protocol, servers and desktop
technologies.
• Knowledge in Systems / Server Basics

English

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT help-desk or
System Administration

Responsibilities include:

- Install /rebuild user’s desktop, configure
hardware, peripherals and services
- Administer Microsoft Windows Servers (Active
Directory), Microsoft Workstations and network
security devices for users
- Maintain a high usage network infrastructure,
analyze the current network infrastructure and
upgrades, monitor the performance and troubleshoot
any problems ,configure Microsoft
Exchange mails, perform daily backup operations and
apply OS patches and upgrades
- Installation and upgradation of virus protection
and create checks on unauthorized access
- Demonstrated working experience and knowledge of
Windows Servers 2008/2003
MS Exchange Server 2000.
- Ability to support networked printers and
photocopiers.
