You will be joining this expanding organisation during a period of change and growth; the aim of this role is provide leadership and direction for the development and transformation of HR policies across the organisation. Leading a team of 3 recruitment staff you be responsible for area such as recruitment, training program development, organisational change, succession planning and performance management.

It is essential that you are bi-lingual Arabic/English and that you have 5+ years experience in the area of HR management. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is essential and you will be a Saudi Citizen. You will need strong communication skills, proven experience in driving change, are able to meet deadlines and manage expectations.

Regional Business Manager (RBM) Molecular and Microbiology & Blood Gas (POC) Job – Siemens

Competencies:

- Sales processes management skills

- Language skills as: English, French and German

- Quotes, official bids and key project management

- Specialist in ONE or TWO following DX disciplines: Blood Gas, Molecular and Microbiology

- Former diagnostic lab experience a must

- Former sales representative experience suitable

Experience:
