Job Description

Scope of Work

1)       To supervise and make sure the mall is secure, comfortable, hospitable, hygienic and all facilities are in order and provide utmost care in serving all the tenants, visitors/customers of the mall by giving best of service in all aspects.

2)       To liaise, co-ordinate and execute jobs assigned by the superiors with respect to operational issues.

3)       To monitor the delivery timing and notification of work to be carried by the tenants or their contractors, maintenance, VMD team as per mall operation standards.

4)       To prepare correspondence letter as per the superiors instructions relating to tenants, contractors, suppliers, and follow up on their effective implementation.

5)       To build an excellent rapport with tenants, customers by addressing all of their grievances and providing amicable solutions where ever possible.

6)       To monitor the tenants trading hours, car park (internal & external),tenants operations discipline, building services, etc., and prepare reports to superiors on any violations found against Mall standards.

7)       To supervise and assist Marketing/leasing Department in co-ordinating all events, promotions in the mall.
