| Job Description | Based in Dubai, this HR Consultancy is developing several dynamic job boards and its’ corporate website. A talented Freelance Software Developer/Engineer is required to handle this project. CANDIDATES WHICH DO NOT MEET ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS AND WHO ARE NOT BASED IN DUBAI SHARJAH OR AJMAN NEED NOT APPLY. The ideal candidate must be currently employed in a company specialising in website development. The job boards will be based on a PHP script that needs to be adapted and improved. |

| Profile | Skills: • At least 5+ years experience in software design and architecture : PHP, Java, SQL, .Net, Windows server, XML • Has delivered many e-commerce web sites, SEO, CRM, CMS modules. • Solid knowledge of Object Oriented programming and best-practices design • High level of technical proficiency, possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Consistent and skilled use of standards and methodology to code, test, modify, debug, document, implement and maintain systems. • Strong understanding of information architecture and user experience issues. • Able to present technical options in terms of their pros/cons and impact • Knowledge of Web design conventions, optimization and best practices. Qualities: • Able to work independently with or without supervision • Strategic thinker, problem solver • Energized about Internet design and functionality. • Marketing savvy – natural curiosity in web success such as facebook, Monster, etc… • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written specifications / documentation • Professional, dependable, solid work ethic, detail-oriented, self-motivated. Schedule: 2 months project/ 4000dhs/month Annual maintenance and technical support 1000dhs/ month You must present a Word format CV and a strong portfolio of projects you handled. |
