Directs and supervise day to day wireline operations in filed locations

Key Responsibility Areas : Provides technical and logistics support for such operations and ensures their efficient and safe compliance in accordance with Production, Gas Production and Field Development Depts.
The well priorities vis a vis various wireline objectives by onsite participation.
Assists in the preparation of tender bids for provision of wireline services contract and in preparation of section’s budget and operational procedures guide.
Generates various performance and monthly reports.
Participates at the required level in ongoing development / training of Nigerian employees

Candidate Specifications :

First degree in Drilling Technology, Electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent
At least 7 years experience in oil field services practices related to wireline and well completion / testing activity and high pressure gas wells.
In depth knowledge about the wireline and completion equipment manufactured by major oil field equipment companies.
Must be conversant with various oil industry norms / specifications like AP standards on equipment and the practices.
At least 5 years experience as Wireline Supervisor in a reputed oil and gas company.
Computer Literacy and good communication skill in English
