Responsibilities
Review and develop Consumer Banking Group (CBG) Training and Competency Policy in consultation with stakeholders on a timely basis.
Ensure efficient management of all Training and Competency Policy matters.
Ensure high level of awareness and timely communication of the requirements in the policy.
Review and develop quality management framework, policies and processes.
Understand sales processes and identify key risks associated with it.
Develop and implement surveillance framework and programmes to assess the level of quality and compliance to processes and requirements.
Define surveillance methodology and test plan and ensure efficient and effective implementation.
Process data and provide appropriate reporting on findings and trends.
Analyse findings and trends and highlight areas requiring improvement and provide recommendation
Identify risks and gaps in processes and controls to relevant stakeholders.
Communicate with relevant stakeholders on quality management framework, surveillance programmes and findings.
Ensure all areas of work fulfil internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.
Keep abreast of new developments in the industry, including new regulations and integrate such developments into surveillance programmes to check on fulfilment of the regulations.
Requirements
At least one year of sales related experience is preferred
Good knowledge of financial advisory related services
Good knowledge of Financial Advisory Act and other related regulatory requirements
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
