Major Duties
• Architect enterprise applications using Agile methodology. This includes creating Detailed Design using UML, Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams, and sometimes pseudo-code level details.
• Leverage Enterprise Service Layer framework for the SOA for the architecture. Create designs involving XML/Web-Services that integrates various distributed applications.
• Develop Functional designs including Use Cases while interacting with Business Partners as well as End Customers.
• Develop Designs of the User Interfaces (UI) including .NET and Java based UI.
• Develop Software Cost Estimates by analyzing the Business Requirements and viable design solutions.
• Closely work with Enterprise Architects, Developers, and Business Partners while developing design solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Application Developer:
• Java: 6+ years of experience in J2EE environment with strong exp on Spring/ Hibernate/ Struts. Should have strong experience on Weblogic or Websphere Application server or strong exp with UI / JSF
• Strong exp on C#, SQL server, Ajax. Should have experience with Biztalk or Sharepoint on .Net 3.0/3.5
• GUI /UI, Exp with Flash, ActionScript 2 or 3, Exp with XML, CSS, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software. Performs in accordance with established project standards and processes. Breaks down software requirements and creates highly complex systems.
PL/SQL developer responsible for programming data access layer components of a three tier enterprise system. Individual must be a self starter, capable of comprehending existing system design across all three tiers, and willing to work with the customer to understand functional requirements to devise workable functional and technical solutions. Responsibilities include application trouble shooting and debugging PL/SQL code, SQL performance tuning, and PL/SQL programming of new features given minimal guidance. Candidate must be disciplined in good programming habits and design, and must have prior experience on large development teams. The individual will work with other developers to solve problems; work with testers to develop test scripts; develop technical documentation according to project standards; and work with management to introduce and improve repeatable software development processes.
Required Qualifications:
Must have at least 4 years of experience in ORACLE 10G and PL/SQL development.
Must have at least 4 years of clear hands-on experience with OO design/development.
Bachelors Degree required.
Experience with CMMI processes; Ability to work as a member of a team; Strong CM experience; Good communication skills.
