KINOKUNIYA BOOKSTORES was an international book shop that came from Japan and had several branches all over the world including Jakarta. We were looking for individuals who wanted to work hard and learn quickly to occupy the position as follows:
1. JOB TITLE Customer Service Staff (Code: CSS)
2. The TASK
a. Served customer that looked for the book/the magazine/the other product
b. Served customer that want to did order the book/the magazine
c. Explained to customer the location and the direction from the area/section that dituju in the environment of Kinokuniya/Mall
d. Gave information clearly and up-to-date about event the promotion that was carried out in Kinokuniya and in the Group’s environment/Mall
e. Accommodated and handled the proposal and complained from customer f. Served the Kinokuniya Gift Voucher purchase in Customer Service Counter 3. The CONDITION:
a. It was minimal that the graduate SMU (High School)
b. Could read, write and speak English well (the capacity in the other language as Japanese or China was a profit, but was not required)
c. Could use the computer program of Ms Office
d. Aged between 19-25 years
e. Was prepared to work with system shift (shift the morning & the afternoon) according to schedule that was determined
f. Was prepared to work on the holiday day/on Saturday/the week
g. The work experience beforehand in the book field/retail was given priority h. Interpersonal skills that was strong, could work in the team and independently, wanted to study about new matters, have an appearance that was good and neat, proaktif-responsive-patient-cheerful in served customer and carried out the task, customer-oriented, the professional attitude in the work and the appearance.
