Salary: $29,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French, Write English, Write French

Work Setting: Financial services

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic mail

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Sell merchandise, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Work Location Information: Urban area
