Customer service clerk (Customer Sales Representative) (NOC: 1453)

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Sell merchandise, Arrange for billing for services, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Access and process information
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
