Type of position: Permanent, part time
Your mission
o Carry out banking transactions at the request of customers
o Take on the role of advisor in order to identify their needs and promote our range of products and services
Your profile
o College diploma

o Availability of 16 to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday

* Account Manager Retail Services
Type of position: Permanent
Your mission
o Provide impeccable service and advise customers on savings, investment and credit matters
o Promote our complete range of financial services
o Develop a portfolio
o Oversee the growth of your customers’ assets
Your profile
o University degree in administration, finance or a related discipline
o Two or three years of experience in the banking or financial industry
o Successful completion of the investment funds or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
o Excellent sales and communications skills
o Bilingualism

* Manager, Mortgage Development
Type of position: Permanent
Your mission
o Develop a mortgage loan portfolio in an appointed territory
o Maintain business development with the main intermediaries in mortgage financing (real estate agents, builders, insurance agents, notaries, etc.)
o Meet with referred borrowers and negotiate terms for granting loans
Your profile
o Five years of experience in the financial services industry, including three in business development, or any other combination of experience deemed equivalent
o Large network of contacts
o Good knowledge of credit and real estate

* Manager Client Services
Type of position: Permanent
Your mission
o Manage a sales team composed of personal teller representatives and customer service agents, and act as coach for attaining objectives in managed asset growth and quality of service
o Map out development strategies by planning and organizing sales and solicitation for unassigned customers
o Optimize allocation of human resources and support employees in resolving problems
o Ensure that service provided and relations with representatives promote customer satisfaction
o Supervise operating costs within your realm of responsibility
Your profile
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration with finance or financial services option, or the equivalent in a field related to the financial services industry
o Five years of experience in managing banking operations and in customer service, including three years managing a sales team, or any other combination of experience and training deemed equivalent
o Accreditation as a mutual funds representative
o Bilingualism
o Experience in a unionized environment an asset
* Branch Manager
Type of position: Permanent
Your mission
o Manage the full range of a branch’s activities in accordance with legislation in effect, as well as the Bank’s policies, programs and procedures
o Establish standards for quality of service offered to users and customers
o Map out a master plan for business development
o Provide support and leadership to the sales team and outline strategies for sales offerings and customer loyalty
o Revise, prepare and approve loan requests in accordance with established authorization limits and standards
o Analyze various processes to improve their efficiency and carry out the branch’s budget planning
o Manage employees, evaluate their performance and foster the development of their potential

o University training in a related field
o Six to 10 years of experience, including two or three years in a management role

o Increase customers’ contributions by offering personalized, proactive consulting services that meet their needs

o Using specialized computer tool, respond proactively to customers’ needs as regards retirement and financial planning
Your profile
o Bachelor or Master of Business Administration with specialization in finance/financial services, or equivalent in a field related to financial services
o Professional title: Financial Planner
o Accreditation as a registered mutual fund representative
o CVMQ accreditation an asset
o Any other professional designation may be taken into consideration
o Four to six years of experience in investment counselling

* Call Center Advisor
Type of position: Permanent
Your mission
o Provide quality service to Laurentian Bank customers
o Answer a wide range of questions from Laurentian Bank customers in an efficient and adequate manner
o Advise customers about our different financial products and services when receiving incoming calls
o Assist customers in the use of Laurentian Bank’s various automated systems
Your profile
o Completed college diploma or university certificate in business administration
o Experience in customer service (call centre experience an asset)
o Bilingualism

* Advisor, Direct Sales
Type of position: Permanent
Your mission
o Provide quality advisory services in a call centre environment to an assigned clientele
o Promote our complete range of financial products and services
o Develop and maintain ongoing business relationships with your established customers as well as with new customers
o Supervise the growth of your customers’ assets

o Completed college diploma or university certificate in business administration
o Accreditation for the sale of mutual funds (coaching program available for the completion of this course)
