A Well Established Group of Companies based in Kuwait is looking to appoint the following;

1. Legal Advisor:

1. Provides professional legal advice for the group for management’s review and approval
2. Drafts, reviews or revises legal documents such as ordinances, resolutions, contracts, leases, permits, briefs, Trade License’s and all Governmental Documents.
3. Reviews, refers and monitors civil claims and potential litigation issues. Liaises with External attorney, experts, and Governorate offices, as required
4. Performs Legal research on procedures of, corporate law, employment law
5. Attends labor disputes and related issues internally for the Group. Includes giving advice or liaising with official bodies to assist with them with their enquiries
6. Reviews and drafts contracts. Includes reviewing all types of contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, Ensures the Group’s interests are protected and risks are minimized.
7. Monitors the conformity of company personnel policies, procedures & practices to Kuwaiti Legislation, and ensuring that proposed new, or amended, policies & procedures are in line with Kuwaiti Labor Laws.

Ideal Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Kuwait.

2. Human Resource Manager

Manage the Human Resource Dept at the following levels;

1. Recruitment & Selection; Manages the conduct of an excellent role at the levels of Data • Base built at the Group’s level. Conduct professional interviews and assessments, Reference Check, Job Offers, New Employees Orientation, Manpower planning and exit interviews.
2. Manages the functions of Employee Relations and Personnel Records Management
3. Manages Payroll & Benefits Administration for staff at the Group’s Level
4. Manages all issues related to Training & Performance Management

Ideal candidates are preferably to had a previous FMCG experience and Kuwait experience is a distinct advantage

3. TV – Sales Manager

1. Aged Between 30 to 40.
2. Excellent background and experience at the level of Media & Advertising sales.
3. Excellent contacts at the corporate and commercial level.
4. Previous experience at FMCG is a plus.
5. Excellent managerial and negotiation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Research, analyze and plan business strategies to achieve set goals and develop new ideas to secure more business arrivals from exicting and new target countries

- Must be pro-active in driving business development including new trends/markets
- Market information provider to various business units, local & overseas and to effectively monitor all business plans

- To assist the AVP/Chief Representative on all road shows programs and product presentations
- To provide feedback on sales and marketing activities of various countries to AVP/Chief Representative on periodical sales

The ideal personnel should possess:
- Degree in a related field/MBA holder
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a corporate organization
- Strong analytical mind with good business manner
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Spoken and written Chinese would be an added advantage
- Between the age group 3-45 years
- Successful candidate will assist in spearheading the resorts business units of Genting Highlands Resort, Awana Hotels & Resorts and Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore
