Business Development Manager
Our client, a global gas company is urgently seeking an Business Development Manager for their Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities are as follows Identify the International and domestic key accounts in each country, establish an action plan, coordinate customer’s projects within the corporate organization Acquire a strong market expertise in each country by a. Develop and maintain close contacts with the main players manufacturers, consultants, distributors, University Institutes, Key opinion leaders b. Understand customer’s needs products, price constraints, service. c. Provide feedback to the marketing and development team regarding customer requirements to modifydevelop new products. d. Identify regulatory authorities and competitors products, price policy, structures, strengths, weaknesses. In conjunction with Business unit manager a. Negotiate annual targets and action plan with each distributorsagents b. Perform an annual appraisal of the distributor business efficacy c. Motivate the distributor with business incentivesd. Guide the distributor in the preparation and review of the 3 years business plan e. Propose and implement sales annual budget Implement the sales and marketing action plan a. Implement the price management policy b. Contribute to develop a high level of technical expertise by the distributorsagents teams in order to provide excellent technical support to the customers support the distributor in the sales promotion, participate at customer seminars, identify the strengths of all gases relevant to each country c. Develop a positive dynamic with the main distributors network Coordinate sales in the territory a. Ensure accomplishment of sales targets defined in the budget in the sales area. Monthly follow up of the sales compare to budget. b. Enhance a strong interaction with the sales team c. Support Customer Care Representative for debt collection when necessary.
