Our client, a joint stock Middle East based bank is looking for a Vice President of Project Finance to join its dynamic team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and monitor non-resource/limited resource project and asset-backed finance.
• Undertake thorough financial analysis and complete risk assessment.
• As part of a team, execute project finance advisory mandates.
• Manage deals from origination to financial close.
Requirements:
• At least 5-7 years non-resource/limited resource project finance experience and must have executed at least 5 large deals as team leader or without supervision in energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Must have undertaken at least 2 to 4 deals as financial advisor, with some asset-backed experience.
• Experience of developing and vetting financial models.
• Must have MBA in finance, ideally CFA/ACCA/CPA.

Our client, a Saudi based investment firm is looking to recruit a Senior Research Analyst for its Asset management department in Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting analysis and research about the market, sectors and companies within the investable universe set by the portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
• Provide investment advice to the portfolio manager.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the position of the company.
• Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, economy and market.
• Evaluate financial risk, prepare financial reports, financing scenarios and write reports and recommendations.
Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years of similar research experience in an investment bank in the GCC.
• College degree in related discipline, must be a CFA/MBA holder and should be familiar with CMA/SAMA and other external agencies’ regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly accounts.
• Provide support for the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Implement and develop the financial systems within the Group.
• Management of the revenue collection activity as well as the payroll function.
• Ownership of the accounting processes and financial controls for revenue and costs.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts for the Group in accordance with IFRS and UAE legal requirements.
Requirements:
• Must be a University graduate, CA or CPA qualified with a good knowledge of IFRS.
• Minimum of 7 years PQE in the media industry in the GCC, though quoted company experience is preferred.
