We are a 120 seat concept cafe / restaurant that is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Available positions include:

• Restaurant Manager / Shift Supervisor
• Waiter / Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant

RESTAURANT MANAGER (RM)/ SHIFT SUPERVISOR (SS)

Essential Skills:
• Proven ability to lead, organise and manage a team
• Ability to consistently maintain high-level service standards
• Customer focused
• Venue management
• Computer literate
• Flexibility with working hours (must be available nights)
• Follow policies and procedures
• Create a positive and proactive work environment
• Responsible, well presented and well spoken
• Ability to cope with high volume
• Wage comensurate with experience

• Available shifts include-
Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm
Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
Occasional evenings – Tuesday to Saturday 3pm-10pm

WAITER / BARISTA / FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT (FB)

Essential Skills:
• Restaurant and or cafe experience
• Functions and or fine dining experience
• Barista experience
• Ability to consistently maintain high-level service standards
• Customer focused
• Attention to detail
• Responsible, well presented and well spoken
• FT and PT positions available
• A variety of shifts are availabe since we open breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week
