Job Description
· To provide technical support on Vilter compressors – both Industrial Refrigeration and Gas Compression
· Assist in completing pre-qualification and registration formalities with customers
· Provide technical sales support as required to the Sales Managers and maintain working knowledge of all active projects in the region
· Selection of compressors and auxiliary equipment based on specific requirements of the application
· Ability to carry out load calculations based on customer requirements
· Provide hand-on supervision during installation and commissioning of Vilter compressors in the region
· Monitoring field performance of Vilter compressors installed in the region and provide feedback to factory
· Carry out service activities on Vilter compressors
