Our client are a retail company, in the fashion industry they are looking for an Administrator that has to be well organized, punctual to deliver the job, confidential, basic knowledge on UAE labor’s Law; good command in English (oral & written) – of course Arabic would be a plus but not necessary also a degree in B.com or M.Com would be advantageous.
The role will consist of:
· File and keep track for all employees contract/ annual leave etc; handle employees request as per company standard.
· Assist account department ( good command of Excel ) for pay roll , credit card transaction reconciliation
· assist each HO department , liaison with malls for goods dispatch, window installation, maintenance permits
· Direct all calls.
