Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

1. Administer the affairs of the company in accordance with organizational policies.
2. Attend Board meetings and report on operations, sales activity, finances, planning, and other matters as necessary.
3. Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
4. Oversee preparation of reports summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
5. Provide vision regarding overall financial health.
6. Provide vision and leadership in long-range fiscal planning.
7. Work with the sales team to develop, oversee, and promote profitable sales and marketing efforts for products and services.
8. Provide sustainable pricing policies based on experience, market research, product/service understanding and knowledge of the local market.
9. Oversee and direct field sales and marketing efforts. Ensure efforts to provide excellent service to clients.
10. Oversee and direct prospecting activities to insure consistent expansion of profitable sales and establishment of new clients.
11. Develop annual staff plans.
12. Oversee workplace operations, including staff meetings and working with staff to maintain and improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills
Qualifications and requirements for the role are as follows:

1. Automotive experience is a must; especially in the rental / hire of luxury cars such as Mercedes, BMW etc.
2. Must be a University Graduate, preferably with Western education
3. Excellent command of English and Arabic is required
4. Can join in a maximum of 1 month time
5. Exceptional Leadership Skills
6. Excellent Selling Skills
7. Ability to meet deadlines
8. 5 + yrs experience and should have worked previously in managerial position in the automobile rental / hire industry.

Senior Auditor – CISA (Alfardan Group Holdings Co.)

Job Overview:

• Responsible for Group wide compliance and audit services
• To execute audit & compliance testing plans, assist in designing tests and reporting results
• To follow up with BUs on internal audit report and internal compliance findings to ensure appropriate actions taken
• To ensure compliance with approved Group policies and processes.
• To assist management in providing timely and focused reports on the compliance performance of BU’s, Depts., and employees throughout the Group
• To ensure internal audit report findings are followed up with appropriate actions taken on timely basis.
• To provide value added recommendations on policy and process improvements.
• To support Internal Audit including performing investigative role
• To offer opinion on matters relating to compliance, AML cases referred through group

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years experience in compliance esp. in IT Audit
• Ability to interpret banking regulations, laws, anti money laundering regulations, etc.
• Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) preferred; Broad understanding of audit and internal control
• Ability to apply finance concepts to business decision making
• Strong analytic skills

Job Description: Reports to: Project Manager
The Civil Engineer is responsible for:
The construction of the railway lines, including but not limited to the following:
Mainline, Siding, Turnouts etc.
Following the construction activities of the railway line as per the project specification and the international standard.
To have knowledge on materials in accordance of European Standard as well as American Standard.
To review of design and shop drawing.
To define and update the detailed construction plans and schedule giving priorities where necessary.
To identify problem areas and promote corrective actions.
To have knowledge to identify track defects, including but not limited to rails’ defect, concrete/wooden sleeper defects etc.
To supervise a team of Foremen.
To check and review the progress of the works.
To implement project quality and safety plan.

Normal Construction Hours: 10 hrs a day, 6 days a week

Skills Required:: 10 years of working experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 4 years in Railroad Infrustructure.
Be able to schedule, co-ordinate, order and supervise the construction of sections of the Railway construction works.
Knowledge and use of railway industry standard products and procedures.
Excellent leadership skills, as the successful candidate has to lead a team of different disciplines such as Foremen, Technicians and Operators.
Capable to organize the daily site setting up with all the working machineries.
Able to meet deadlines, which are related to the Project Schedule.
Implement Project Quality Control and Safety Plans.
Knowledge of software packages i.e. Microstation, InRail Terra Modelling or similar software packages.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
Master’s degree is desirable but not essential.
Member of Civil Chartered Institute will be an advantage.
Fluent in English
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Able to work under pressure
Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills
Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
